Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RishiRich × Darjie platform ("RRD", "the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

The Service is available to individuals 18 years of age or older residing in India. You must authenticate via Helix SSO or Google OAuth to access member features. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. The RishiRich Club Membership

3.1 Tier 1 — The Essentials Box

A quarterly subscription delivering curated essentials mapped to your anatomy profile. Subscription renews automatically every quarter. You may cancel at any time; benefits continue until the end of the current billing period.

3.2 Tier 2 — The Black Card

An annual subscription granting one complimentary Darjie Kurta-Jacket set, priority alterations, dedicated WhatsApp stylist access, and complimentary home-pickup for the Circular Initiative. Annual subscription renews automatically. Benefits continue until the end of the membership year upon cancellation.

4. Darjie Studio Bespoke Orders

All Darjie Studio orders are 100% made-to-order. A deposit of 50% is due at order placement; the balance is due upon garment completion. Measurements submitted by the member are taken as accurate and final. RishiRich is not liable for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the member.

5. Store Credits

Store Credits hold no real-world cash value, are non-transferable between member accounts, and expire 12 months from date of issue. Credits may be applied to offset up to 30% of any eligible order value. Credits cannot be used in conjunction with certain promotional discount codes.

6. Renew & Donate, Reuse Program

Participation in the Circular Initiative is subject to the separate Circular Initiative Terms incorporated herein. Once a garment is handed over to the courier partner, ownership transfers entirely to RishiRich. Items cannot be returned or reclaimed under any circumstances.

7. Payments

All payments are processed via Razorpay. By placing an order or activating a membership, you authorise the applicable charge. In case of a failed payment, your membership or order will not be activated until payment is confirmed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, product names ("RishiRich", "Darjie Studio", "Elevate Fit", "The Tall Tech Pack", "The RishiRich Club", "Black Card"), logos, and design elements are the exclusive property of RishiRich and may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, RishiRich shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to RishiRich in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Modifications

RishiRich reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the member dashboard or email. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance.

Circular Initiative Terms

The "Renew & Donate, Reuse" programme is open exclusively to registered members of The RishiRich Club residing within India. Only authentic RishiRich RTW or Darjie Studio garments are eligible. Third-party brands, undergarments, heavily soiled or irreparably damaged items are not accepted.

Evaluation Pathways

Submitted garments are assessed at our central facility and assigned to either the Renew & Donate pathway (professional refurbishment for donation or resale) or the Reuse (Coming Soon) pathway (textile upcycling). The Company determines pathway assignment at its sole discretion.

Credit Processing

Reward credits are processed within 10 business days of physical inspection. Credits have no monetary cash value and are non-transferable. Store Credits expire 12 months from date of issue.

Member Warranties

By submitting an item you warrant that: (a) you are the legal owner; (b) the garment has been washed; (c) all personal items have been removed from pockets. RishiRich is not responsible for personal items left in donated clothing.
